According to the announcement of U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on February 21st, 2019, it has launched antidumping and countervailing duty investigations against carbon and alloy steel threaded rod originating in China, India, Taiwan and Thailand. The products involved are falling within HS Code 7318.15.50. All questionnaires for importers and exporters are required to be returned by March 7th this year to the ITC and The ITC will issue determinations on April 8th, 2019.
