Taiwan-based Tian Cherng Packing Machinery Corporation specialized in design and manufacture of automatic packing machines has recently released a new automatic fastener feeding machine, particularly designed for the fastener industry. The new model has a very special protruding point design on the belt, which can effectively separate oil sludge from finished fasteners. 

Tian Cherng president Chen said, when fasteners are finished, we used to see oil sludge on them. As a result, we released this new automatic fastener feeding machine to efficiently collect finished products and separate oil sludge from the finished products. In addition, the protruding point design on the conveyor belt can also conduct secondary oil sludge separation, preventing fasteners from sticking to each other.

President Chen added, Tian Cherng will continue to focus more on the R&D of eco-friendly and energy saving machine models, that are more satisfying to customers’ demands.
