Chuann Wu Industry Co., Ltd rolled out its newly developed 12-point Hole Screw Socket Wrench patented across multiple countries. It is an improvement from the structure of traditional 4-point hole screw socket wrench. It is light-weight and convenient with good quality and torque performance compliant to the American, German, and Japanese standards, and is suitable for fastening screws for motors, machine tools, construction, and furniture industries.

 

General manager Lin said he has been designing, processing and making hand tools for more than 40 years. During his long period of assembling, processing and maintaining machines, he felt the traditional 4-point socket wrench with the 90-degree angles are not convenient for plugging, removing or turning the wrench, especially if there is insufficient light source in the machine.

 

Repairing the base of a machine is quite difficult. One has to start by dismantling the exterior case and then repair and finally re-assemble the machine, which consumes a lot of time and labor. 4-point socket wrench is quite labor-consuming and prone to hurting hands during plugging and removing the wrench.
