Bulten has been awarded an FSP (Full Service Provider) contract for supply of fasteners to a major automotive manufacturer which was announced by press release September 16, 2015. At the request of Nasdaq Stockholm we hereby submit clarifying information regarding deliveries and value. Deliveries will start in the beginning of 2017 to gradually increase up to full capacity in 2019. After that, deliveries will continue over a number of years related to the life span of the vehicle which is normally between 5 to 10 years with a gradual slowdown as the contract nears its end. The full annual value is expected to reach 20 MEUR in 2019 and then follow the life span of the vehicle and the volume curve.
