Established in 2001, Construction Fasteners and Tools is one of 15 branches of "The Fastener Group" across Canada. They are a complete distribution source for industrial, construction, manufacturing and maintenance applications. In order to support its ongoing growth into new sales territories and channels, like their eCommerce site, Construction Fasteners and Tools needed to move to a more robust and flexible business management solution that would streamline current processes, with a particular focus on inventory management, web store integration and customer relationship management (CRM).
