MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions announces its purchase of the Automotive Division of Curtis Screw Company LLC. Included in this acquisition are the manufacturing sites in Buffalo, New York and Cornelius, North Carolina.  The newly formed division of MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions will be known as MacLean Curtis LLC. Through this acquisition, MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions will expand its business and product range in precision-machined components.  "This transaction enables us to further diversify our customer base," stated Duncan MacLean, President of MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, "and provides an ideal opportunity for us to better support our current clients with an expanded portfolio of high quality products and services."
