NAFCO’s Profit May Show Another Peak This Year

The revenue of NAFCO in Q1 increased 26% to reach the record high NTD1.43 EPS while its revenue in Q2 climbed to over NTD0.3 billion (quite the same as the record of Q1). Artificial persons said that based on the previous operational results, if the quarterly revenue exceeds NTD 0.3 billion, usually the profit won’t be too bad. Accordingly, the profit of NAFCO in Q2 is still expected to be stable. NAFCO is among few of the aerospace fastener suppliers in Asia Pacific certified by engine manufacturers. Compared to the 3 largest aerospace fastener suppliers (Alcoa, PCC, Lisi), the scale of NAFCO is quite small. However, as some of the manufacture of aircrafts have been relocated to Asia, the long-term operation of NAFCO still has the potential to grow further. Products of NAFCO are mostly used on engines and GE is its major customer.
