2014-01-08

The leading brass components producer Crawford Machine (CMI) for tractors and trailers markets in USA, Canada, and Mexico has been recently acquired by U.S. Tramec Sloan. CMI has recently 135 employees and its customers are mostly top tractors, trailers, chassis manufacturers and industrial distributors from North America servicing various industrial marketplaces.

President Gary Sullo of Tramec thinks that with the joining of CMI, the portfolio of products and manufacturing capabilities of Tramec Sloan can be greatly increased to satisfy certain industrial demands. Customers in the markets have been always very confident of CMI’s products with low cost and high quality.

Resident Kevin Hessy of CMI expects that after the acquisition the manufacturing and engineering technology of both companies can be seamlessly united and integrated under stringent requirement.
