The anti-loosening test was conducted by the company under the environment based on DIN65151 regulations. Since this July, the company has begun to provide the data of performance test for “Disc-Lock”, a quakeproof and anti-loosening disc. The testing environment was set up with the installation of Junker vibration tester, sensors, and Windows testing management equipment. The actual times of vibration and the period of each vibration were even stricter than the requirement of DIN65151. As a result, this environment can provide the data for “Disc-Lock” and other fasteners tests.

 

“Disc-Lock” made by the company is a combination of two discs with the same configuration. One disc has teeth to engage with the other and within each disc exist the wedged protrusions around with the same in-between distance, forming a disc that is quakeproof and anti-loosening.
