Powers will be integrated into the Construction & DIY segment of Stanley Black & Decker as a key brand. Powers will partner with existing Stanley Black & Decker brand DeWalt to provide "a comprehensive tool and anchoring package to the industry," said Jeff Powers, CEO of Powers Fasteners.

Powers' headquarters will remain in Brewster, NY, and continue to operate as normal under existing management throughout the integration.
