Valencia Aerospace Company Buys Valencia Building

Valencia-based Adept Fasteners, which distributes fasteners for the aerospace industry, has purchased a nearly 15,000 square-foot building in Valencia.
Although the price was undisclosed, NAI Capital Inc. Senior Vice President David Young said the final sale price was below an asking price of $1,785,000.
Young, along with NAI Vice President Chad Gahr, represented the buyer.
Adept Fasteners plans to use the previously vacant building — next door to its headquarters — for extra distribution space as the company expands, said Adept Fasteners Vice President Don List.
The firm will likely move into its new building at 28721 Industry Drive in 30 days, List said.
