The Int’l Infrastructure, Building & Construction Materials, Technologies & Machineries Exhibition “Project Kenya” has proved its leading position in relevant African industries in bringing business opportunities to both visitors and exhibitors from around the world. The show in 2016 was held on Aug. 12-15 in Kenyatta International Convention Center (KICC) located in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, attracting a myriad of exhibitors and visitors interested in discovering opportunities of supplying their products and services to the Kenyan market and expanding business to The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).

“Exhibitors of this 4-day show mainly came from the industries of construction materials, industrial & security equipment, electricity & lighting, and energy & power. Visitors were mostly developers, traders & wholesalers, construction professionals, contractors, government officials, civil mechanical & electrical engineers, subcontractors, etc,” according to Fastener World’s onsite correspondent.

With several projects ongoing or under plan, such as the construction of airports, railways, and power plants, Kenya continues to show tremendous demand for related fasteners, building materials, and fixing products. This is not a new market for the world, but also a big market with great market development potential.
