The specialised hardware exhibition held in Sydney (DesignBUILD 2013) successfully took place from May 8 through May 10 at Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. With years of experience, the exhibition achieved a great result and attracted many buyers including builders, architects, building designers, importers, and exporters to participate.

 

DesignBUILD this year welcomed lots of exhibiting companies from outside Australia like Turkey, Taiwan, China, USA, New Zealand, Arabia, Indonesia, Austria, Pakistan, and UK. Fastener World Inc. as the exhibition agent in Taiwan also led Chun Yu, Gexin, Ufno, Yong Song, L& W, Chite, Feng Yi, Pucada, Whirlpower, and Patta from Taiwan to seek business opportunities in the Australian market.

 

This building material & hardware exhibition demonstrated its leading position in Australia. Exhibit profile included building materials, hardware, glass, tools, green products, sanitary products, lighting, and doors/windows). Visitors could make direct inquiries to manufacturers. During the show, the organizer offered a very special chance for visitors onsite to experience the latest tools and equipment manufactured by topnotch companies with experts on site to answer questions and provide services. In 2013, it continued to have Green Product Zone, New product Zone, Tools Demonstration as part of the thematic areas and arranged educational seminars, which gained many positive feedbacks and increased features of the exhibition.  

 

Several visitors appreciated the larger scale of the exhibition this year and found it easy and quick to look for suitable products they want. According to the post-show report, there were nearly 7,000 visitors during the exhibition. Most of them were local buyers and they like the quality of products from Taiwan pretty much.
