Dear Sir / Madam, We are currently planning to establish an industrial fasteners manufacturing plant in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced supplier capable of delivering a complete turnkey solution for a cold-formed fasteners production plant. Project key parameters: Location: Jubail Industrial City – Saudi Arabia Factory area: approximately 1,500-2500 m² Target capacity: approximately 1,200 tons per year Production technology: Cold Heading / Cold Forming Target products: • Hex Bolts (DIN 933 / ISO 4017) • Hex Nuts (DIN 934 / ISO 4032) • Flat Washers (DIN 125 / DIN 9021) Size range: M8 – M20 Material: Medium carbon steel Strength grades 8.8 and 10.9 We request a proposal for a complete turnkey plant including the following scope: • Plant engineering and factory layout design • Complete supply of production machinery • Cold Heading Machines • Thread Rolling Machines • Nut Forming Machines • Washer Stamping Lines • Auxiliary equipment and utilities • Quality control laboratory equipment • Installation and commissioning • Trial production and production start-up support • Operator training and technical training • Maintenance training for our technical team • Recommended spare parts package for initial operation • Technical documentation and manuals • Machinery warranty and after-sales support Please provide the following information: 1.
