Newill Co., Ltd. is well-known for its development and sales of screws & nuts for automotive, household appliance and furniture applications, as well as auto lathed parts, special parts and other metallic fixings. Through local importers, exporters and traders, its products have been sold to the European and U.S. markets for over 25 years.

Bonding Customers with Quality Assurance and Safe from the Impact of the Previous Electroplating Shutdown Crisis

Ms. Tina Chen from Newill said, “We care and emphasize every step of the production. Starting from wire processing to production, packaging, and shipment. We concern every detail of the production process. Not only fully realizing quality management in production, but our affiliated enterprise NEWPACK takes care of inspections and shipments. “Quality” and “lead time” are two major principles to us, and that’s what we never compromise.” In addition, NEWPACK has acquired the land of 2,743 sq. m and plans to activate its lab upgrade & warehouse expansion programs by 2016. The construction of its new plant is expected to finish by 2017.

On top of that, Newill has a strong connection with associate companies, with solid partnership and the strength of providing stable quality, Newill became one of the Taiwanese suppliers that was safe from the impact of the previous electroplating shutdown crisis. Neither its lead time nor its order was influenced by this crisis. Newill is still growing and expanding gradually.

Well-experienced in Providing Products and Solutions

Newill will exhibit at Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2017 and plans to demonstrate its best-known products: “Quadrex” (Phillips/Square) drive screws and non-standard products at the show. Ms. Chen added, “We once made screws used in washing machines for a Polish factory of LG. These screws were not only made with the combination of rubber material, but also demonstrated the ability to absorb shock and reduce the friction of coefficient in operation, thus facilitating product development of the customer.”

With a more diverse range of market demands and types of products, Newill now can offer products in small packs and can offer customers the optimal solutions based on its abundant experience in order takings. Since its inception in 1988, Newill’s lab has been continuously compliant with TAF regulations and has also guided several associate companies to acquire ISO 9001:2008 and other certifications to meet customers’ demands. It also expects to be certified by TS 16949 in the near future. Looking ahead, Newill will continue to offer customers high quality service.
