The Danboro, PA-headquartered global fastening solutions provider, PennEngineering, has recently announced the release of its new product, Flush Head Studs with X-Press® Thread Profile. This brand new product features fast and reliable attachment, as well as reduction of assembly time. It allows for lighter assembly and its self-clinching stud mounts flush in metal sheets as thin as 1mm. Its thread design accommodates paints and coatings without compromising performance. Such as self-clinching technology is cleaner and has a more attractive finished appearance than welding. In addition, it can be installed during the stamping process with PEMSERTER® in-die technology.
