Fastener Expo Shanghai 2015 Ends with Strong Future Potential

As one of the biggest fastener fair in the world, the 6th edition of Fastener Expo Shanghai was held at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Convention Center during June 25 and 27, 2015. Since 2010, exhibitor count for Fastener Expo Shanghai has been increasing every year.
According to statistics, the floor area of this edition reached 42 thousand square meters. This three-day fair is divided into an Equipment Hall and a Product Hall, attracting a total of 688 mainstream companies from the fastener industry. Exhibitors at the equipment hall included Ningbo Sijin Machinery, Shanghai Chen Hao Machinery, Zen-Young Industrial, Shanghai Chun Zu Machinery, and Jern Yao Machinery (Shanghai). Exhibitors at the Fastener Product Hall included Tong Ming Enterprise, and Shanghai Chengtai Hardware. Exhibitors from places like Taiwan, South Korea, Haiyen, and Jiashan even teamed together. This time 13 Taiwanese exhibitors were led by Fastener World to the fair, including Masterpiece Hardware Industrial, Tung Fang Accuracy, Chong Yang Industrial, Co-Wealth Enterprise, Home Soon Enterprise, L & W Fasteners, Hsiung Jen Industrial, China Pneumatic Corp., Wing Tone Industrial, Minsun Technology, Fontec Screws, and Yih Cheng.
Onsite visitors poured in from more than 60 countries including U.S.A, Germany, Australia, UK, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and Taiwan. The organizer estimated total visitor count at 27 thousand people, including 2 thousand overseas visitors who mainly purchased bolt, nut, screw, washer, non-standard fastener, electric tool, industrial fastener, rivet, equipment, tooling, raw material, and heat treatment technology.
As the industry develops rapidly, many exhibitors start to pay attention to building their own brands and enhance corporate image by using special furniture. Exhibitors using special furniture on booth area above 100 m2 accounted for 3% of total exhibitors, and their furniture was fine and characteristic. To industry players, exhibiting in Fastener Expo Shanghai is not just a visual feast but also a chance to find manufacturing equipment and new fasteners used for aerospace, military, automobile, and construction.
