Auto Fastener Supplier- Chi Ning Stands Out with 350 Tons Monthly Customized Production and Marketing Worldwide

Chi Ning Company Ltd, located at the downtown of Tainan City, was founded in 1981. It has over 30 years of experience in sales and market development. Chi Ning succeeded the technical experience from San Shing Fastech (founded in 1965, which is one of the leading fastener companies in Taiwan) .

With the progress of the industry and in order to assure customers of receiving products with satisfying quality, Chi Ning then made further investment and has become both a trader and manufacturer.  This fastener company, being not only D&B D-U-N-S® registered but also ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, supplies 350 tons of customized automotive fasteners to the global market every month.

Non-stop Investment in Facilities

The Gueiren, Tainan-based factory with the area of over 3,305 sq m. was inaugurated in 2012 and is mainly used to develop and manufacture flange nuts and customized nuts (almost all of which are applied to the automotive industry). It has18 forming machines, 85 thread tapping machines, and many sets of multi-station equipment with (5 dies and 6 dies). When the capacity is fully utilized, it can produce 450 tons of automotive fasteners per month. “What makes us different from other factories is our ability to produce toolings by ourselves and the key point lies on the technical development and quality control. We are good at communicating with customers for the drawings of products,” according to Chi Ning. In order to increase its competitiveness in quality and prices, Chi Ning is planning to purchase 2 more all-inspection machines and build up the automatic warehousing system in the future. 

Worldwide Deployment / Consolidating European Market / Promoting at NIFMSE’15

“The automotive fasteners produced by Chi Ning are especially admired by local manufacturers in Germany,” said Manager In Wang of Chi Ning. With over 30 years of experience in the market, Chi Ning has established a stable production and sales system. It can not only adjust the marketing strategy according to the market trend, but can also respond to customers’ requests to improve itself, thus creating an irreplaceable position in the hearts of customers. 

In the future, it will make efforts to develop products with more added values. As for the preference for markets, Mr. Wang has good expectations to important automotive markets in the U.S. and ASEAN and has planned to exhibit and visit local customers in NIFMSE’15 this October and wire Düsseldorf next April, to promote Chi Ning’s automotive fasteners and toolings to the global market.
