MW Industries, a leading provider of highly engineered springs, specialty fasteners, machined parts, and other precision components, announced the acquisition of Hi-Performance Fastening Systems, headquartered in Bensenville, IL, a manufacturer of precision products for the appliance, automotive, communication, housing and other assorted markets including cold headed fasteners, thread forming screws, and pre-assembled screw and washer combinations known as “SEMS.”
