This tool is able to generate curves of torque-angle using a new technology to measure the angle. By gyroscope - that allows to generate pairs X-Y with high resolutions, enabling a BCT software torque wrench torque-angle curves using a new technology to measure the angle - a gyroscope - to generate XY pairs with high resolution, enabling the software BCT (based on analysis technology of reading the tiny angles torsion) to determine the parameters of the fastener.
Examples: mounting force, mounting force residual, coefficient of friction global (μGes), coefficient of friction in thread (mg), residual torque etc.
It has internal memory capable of storing up to 2MB or approximately 200 x Angle Torque curves, depending on the angle retightening. This means that in the analysis of field problems, the technician can extract curves retightening anywhere, analyzing on-site or distance, sending the curves to their technical department for verification. "One of the applications TGIRO could determine explicitly is the loss of load (nominally strength) of a screw in any re-sale (or on field testing) without the need for a skilled operator. To laboratories it is an ideal instrument on support in analyses of loss and many other investigations with extreme simplicity and speed," explained Lídio Andrade, Director of Technology Systek, the Brazilian company creator and manufacturer of TGIRO.
