The international trade fair for industrial springs technology and sourcing, SpringsTec Fair, which takes place in Stuttgart, Germany, from 26th – 28th February 2013, has already attracted exhibitors from across the world.

This new show aims to create a market meeting place for the first time, and brings together producers and manufacturers of industrial springs, spring pressings and bent wire forms with technical buyers and other specialists sourcing such items, as well as traders and distributors.
So far, exhibitors from eleven countries have signed up to take part. From Europe, French companies Comptoir Général du Ressort and Borrelly Spring Washers, both active in the aerospace supply market, will display their latest technologies. Italy’s Mollificio Valli Srl and Spain’s RPK S. Coop, both supply to electrical goods manufacturers. UK based company SpringTech Ltd., which supplies the oil & gas industry, has opted for a large stand as has Canadian market leader, Liberty Springs. The Quebec based company is a leading supplier to the automotive industry and wants to use its presence at SpringsTec Fair to grow its business in Europe.
A number of manufacturers from Asia, such as Special Spring (India) Pvt Ltd. and Taiwanese company Ming Tai Industrial Co., Ltd. have already confirmed their participation.
The largest group of exhibitors comes from Germany, which is not surprising, considering the country’s position as Europe’s largest spring manufacturer and exporter. Confirmed exhibitors include:  Christian Bauer GmbH + Co KG and Dr Werner Röhrs KG, expert manufacturer for specialist engineering solutions, as well as Oskar Schwenk GmbH & Co KG, Platzmann Federn GmbH & Co KG, Hans Ziller GmbH, VDF Vogtland Federntechnik GmbH and Zimmermann Technische Federn GmbH, all supplying end-users from automotive and other engineering sectors.
Organisers, Mack Brooks Exhibitions, believe the profile of the exhibition as a niche supply trade event makes it an ideal platform to showcase products to a worldwide audience because it ensures to attract buyers who make purchasing and product development decisions for springs and related products. In this unique environment visitors will be able to see some very diverse spring manufacturers, offering a wide range of expertise and knowledge, which will allow them to evaluate different products and services, meet existing customers and establish new business relationships.
The exhibition will be held in Hall 2 at the Messe Stuttgart exhibition centre, alongside the well-established Fastener Fair 2013.
