USITC Makes Determination in Remaining Antidumping Duty Orders on Helical Spring Lock Washers from China and Taiwan

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on helical spring lock washers from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
As a result of the Commission's affirmative determinations, the existing orders on imports of these products from China and Taiwan will remain in place.
